To be eligible for Plan Management under the NDIS, your NDIS plan must include either “financial administration of a participant’s NDIS plan” or “financial management capacity building supports and training”. You can locate these categories of support under the “Improved Life Choices” section of your NDIS Plan.

If plan management is specified in your NDIS plan, you can contact the NDIS and ask them to arrange a plan manager. Alternatively, you can search for a registered provider who offers plan management services or choose someone from your personal networks.

A plan manager can help you to exercise more control over your NDIS funding and provide better financial accountability.

They manage the financial aspects of your plan, such as paying service providers, ensuring invoices are correct and paid on time, and helping with any disputes. They can also offer helpful advice and support to ensure you get the best outcome from your plan.

In most cases, you do not have to pay for a plan manager as the NDIS provides funding to cover these costs. Generally, there is an initial base set-up fee and a monthly rate for their services. It’s important to note that our plan management services strictly adhere to regulated pricing limits. Therefore, we only charge a one-time set-up fee and a monthly fee for ongoing financial management. There are no additional costs directly related to Plan Management.
